We have gathered a team of proactive, active and creative young professionals with a variety of experiences and competencies, but united by a common goal. They are involved in administration, project supervision, recruitment, project writing, planning, logistics and all the processes that shape New East's activities.

For some projects, additional specialists are involved individually for each project. This increases the quality of the programmes and the professional approach. Specialists, curators, mentors from journalism, business and media literacy are actively involved in educational programmes and workshops, young directors and actors are engaged for theatre projects, historians and interpreters for creating orienteering games etc.
